Hasana — Privacy Policy

Hasana helps families track their children’s five daily prayers. A parent creates the family account and adds the children; children use the app on the family’s phone. This policy explains what we store, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

From the parent, when the family account is created

Name and phone number. The phone number is your sign-in. We do not call or text it.
A 4–6 digit PIN. Stored on our server only as a one-way hash, and on your phone to lock the parent area.
Location: latitude and longitude, city, country and timezone. Used only to work out prayer times and which day it is for your family.
Preferences: language, prayer-time calculation method and reminder settings.

About each child, entered by the parent

First name (or nickname), age, and the avatar and colour chosen for them.
Their prayer record: which prayer, the date, when it was marked, the adhan time it was measured against, whether it was prayed in jama’ah or with the sunnah prayers, and the hasanat (points) and streaks that follow from it.

We do not ask children for any contact details, photos, or other personal information.

Sponsorship offers

Anyone using the “Sponsor a gift” form gives us their name, a phone number or email, the gift, and optionally an amount and a message. We use this only to arrange the gift.

What we do not collect

No advertising, and no advertising or tracking identifiers.
No third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.
No contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
Your location is read when you set up the app or tap “Use my current location”, not in the background.

How we use it

To run the app: calculate prayer times, score prayers, keep streaks, and show your family’s progress on any phone you sign in on.
To send prayer reminders. These are scheduled on your phone; we do not send push messages.
To operate and support the service. The app’s operator can see families’ records in order to provide support, look into problems and handle sponsorship offers.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Vercel runs our server and MongoDB Atlas hosts the database. They store data on our behalf and may process it outside your country.
Aladhan (aladhan.com) may receive your family’s coordinates from our server to look up prayer times. It receives no names or phone numbers.
Apple or Google: your phone’s built-in geocoding service turns your coordinates into a city name.
Google Fonts: the app downloads its typefaces from Google’s servers, which see your phone’s IP address.

How long we keep it

We keep your family’s data for as long as the account exists. When a parent removes a child in the app, the child stops appearing but their past prayer record is kept with the account until the account is deleted. Signing out of a phone removes the data from that phone only.

Deleting your data

In the app, open the Family tab, enter your PIN, and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes the parent account, every child and every prayer record from our server straight away. Sponsorship offers linked to your family are unlinked from it. You can also ask us to delete your data using the contact details below.

Children’s privacy

Hasana is made for families with children, and the account is always created and controlled by a parent or guardian. The parent decides what is entered about each child, can see all of it in the app, can remove a child, and can delete everything at any time. The parent area is locked with the parent’s PIN.

Security

All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). PINs are stored hashed. Access to the database is restricted to the service itself and the app’s operator.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.

حسنة — سياسة الخصوصية

يساعد تطبيق حسنة العائلات على متابعة الصلوات الخمس لأطفالهم. ينشئ أحد الوالدين حساب العائلة ويضيف الأطفال، ويستخدم الأطفال التطبيق على هاتف العائلة. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نحفظه، ولماذا، والخيارات المتاحة لك.

ما نجمعه

من الوالد عند إنشاء حساب العائلة

الاسم ورقم الهاتف. رقم الهاتف هو وسيلة تسجيل الدخول، ولا نتصل به ولا نرسل إليه رسائل.
رمز من ٤ إلى ٦ أرقام. يُحفظ على الخادم بشكل مُشفّر باتجاه واحد فقط، وعلى هاتفك لقفل قسم الوالدين.
الموقع: خط العرض وخط الطول والمدينة والدولة والمنطقة الزمنية، ويُستخدم فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة وتحديد اليوم الحالي لعائلتك.
التفضيلات: اللغة وطريقة حساب المواقيت وإعدادات التذكير.

عن كل طفل، يُدخلها الوالد

الاسم الأول (أو اسم التدليل) والعمر والصورة الرمزية واللون المختاران.
سجل صلواته: أي صلاة، والتاريخ، ووقت تسجيلها، ووقت الأذان الذي قيست عليه، وهل صُلّيت جماعة أو مع السنن، والحسنات والسلاسل المترتبة عليها.

لا نطلب من الأطفال أي بيانات تواصل أو صور أو معلومات شخصية أخرى.

عروض الرعاية

من يستخدم نموذج «ارعَ هدية» يعطينا اسمه ورقم هاتف أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا والهدية، واختياريًا مبلغًا ورسالة. نستخدم ذلك فقط لترتيب الهدية.

ما لا نجمعه

لا إعلانات، ولا معرّفات إعلانية أو تتبّع.
لا خدمات تحليلات أو تقارير أعطال من أطراف ثالثة.
لا وصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الميكروفون أو الكاميرا.
يُقرأ موقعك عند إعداد التطبيق أو عند الضغط على «استخدم موقعي الحالي» فقط، وليس في الخلفية.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل التطبيق: حساب المواقيت واحتساب الحسنات والسلاسل وعرض تقدّم عائلتك على أي هاتف تسجّل الدخول منه.
لتذكيرات الصلاة، وهي تُجدول على هاتفك ولا نرسل إشعارات من الخادم.
لتشغيل الخدمة ودعمها: يستطيع مشغّل التطبيق الاطلاع على سجلات العائلات لتقديم الدعم ومعالجة المشكلات والتعامل مع عروض الرعاية.

لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

من يتعامل معها أيضًا

Vercel يشغّل الخادم وMongoDB Atlas يستضيف قاعدة البيانات، ويحفظانها نيابة عنا وقد تُعالج خارج بلدك.
Aladhan (aladhan.com) قد يتلقى من خادمنا إحداثيات عائلتك للحصول على المواقيت، دون أي أسماء أو أرقام هواتف.
Apple أو Google: خدمة تحديد المواقع في هاتفك تحوّل الإحداثيات إلى اسم مدينة.
Google Fonts: يحمّل التطبيق خطوطه من خوادم Google التي ترى عنوان IP لهاتفك.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات عائلتك ما دام الحساب موجودًا. عند إزالة طفل من التطبيق يختفي من العرض، لكن سجل صلواته السابق يبقى مع الحساب حتى حذف الحساب. تسجيل الخروج من هاتف يحذف البيانات من ذلك الهاتف فقط.

حذف بياناتك

في التطبيق، افتح تبويب العائلة وأدخل رمزك ثم اختر حذف الحساب. يحذف ذلك نهائيًا وفورًا حساب الوالد وجميع الأطفال وكل سجلات الصلاة من خادمنا، وتُفصل عروض الرعاية المرتبطة بعائلتك عنها. ويمكنك أيضًا طلب الحذف عبر بيانات التواصل أدناه.

خصوصية الأطفال

صُمّم تطبيق حسنة للعائلات التي لديها أطفال، ويُنشأ الحساب ويُدار دائمًا من قِبل أحد الوالدين أو وليّ الأمر. يقرّر الوالد ما يُدخل عن كل طفل، ويستطيع رؤيته كاملًا في التطبيق، وإزالة أي طفل، وحذف كل شيء في أي وقت. قسم الوالدين مقفل برمز الوالد.

الأمان

كل الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّر (HTTPS)، والرموز محفوظة مُشفّرة، والوصول إلى قاعدة البيانات مقصور على الخدمة نفسها ومشغّل التطبيق.

التغييرات

إذا غيّرنا ما نجمعه أو طريقة استخدامه فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة والتاريخ في أعلاها.
